Our vehicles are sanitized before every trip, our chauffeurs are professional and punctual, and we pay attention to every detail to ensure we not only meet but exceed your expectations.

Your driver will be waiting at the designated meet-and-greet area, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. They will also assist you with your luggage. If you cannot locate your driver, please call or message us for immediate assistance. If you are not bringing luggage, let us know in the booking comments so we can meet you directly at the automatic doors.

  • International Arrivals: After clearing customs, exit into the arrivals area. Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals lobby near the currency exchange counters, holding a sign with your name.
  • Domestic Arrivals: After entering the terminal, proceed to the baggage claim area. Your chauffeur will be near your assigned baggage carousel, holding a sign with your name.

  • International Arrivals: After clearing customs, enter the arrivals hall and turn left toward the coffee shop. Your chauffeur will be waiting just beyond the glass doors, holding a sign with your name.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to the full fare, in line with our cancellation policy.

You can select the option that best suits your child’s needs during the booking process in the Extras section after choosing your vehicle. Child seats are available for children up to 7 years old.

We actively monitor all flight arrivals in real time to ensure punctual pickups. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust schedules or reassign your driver when possible.
Our standard waiting time includes

• 60 minutes complimentary for international flights
• 45 minutes complimentary for domestic flights

Additional waiting time is subject to availability and may incur a fee. While we often extend grace periods, these are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Each vehicle has different luggage capacities. Please check our fleet section to find the best option for your needs.

As a guide:

• SUVs: 3 – 4 large suitcases
• Prestige MPVs: Up to 6 pieces of luggage
• Elite MPVs: Up to 6 pieces of luggage, with the option to add a trailer for additional capacity

If your luggage fits within the standard requirements for your booked vehicle type, there is no additional charge.

If you have excess luggage and are travelling in a van or minibus, you can arrange a trailer at the time of booking for an additional $30.

Yes, we do. We provide clean, well-maintained child seats suitable for newborns up to 7 years old, available in our Sedans, SUVs, or Vans. When you proceed to select your vehicle, you can also add a child seat or booster seat in the Extra Options. Please make sure to include this during booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat for your child.
